Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) Case

DUI (Driving Under Influence) is a very serious crime in Maryland. If your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level is 0.08% or higher or if it is believed that the consumption of alcohol has significantly impaired your normal coordination and judgment abilities, you can be charged with a DUI offense.

  • Third Offense: 3 years in jail and up to $3,000 penalty
